Hello, today I will show you an easy amuse-bouche recipe with a unique blend of different flavors.

Prawns with noodles dipped in sauce

Ingredients:
For the Shrimps
5-shrimps 36/40
90gr-rice noodles
20gr-egg white
0,3gr-salt
0,1gr-paper
Sunflower oil for deep frying
for the sauce:
20gr-pickles
2gr-parsley
15gr-shallot
10gr-red onion
5gr-lemon juice
1gr-capers
10gr-apple
100gr-mayonnaise
0,1gr-shafran
How to make it:
1. Peel the prawns and remove their heads.
2. Season the egg whites with salt and pepper and lightly beat them in a bowl.
3. Carefully thread the shrimp onto a skewer.
4. We put water in a saucepan or pot and let it boil, after it stops boiling, remove from the heat and add the rice noodles for 4 minutes or the time recommended by the manufacturer, drain them with a strainer and run them through very cold water.
5. Pass the shrimps through the egg white and roll them with the noodles, after they are rolled, pass them again through the egg white.
6. In a pan with hot oil-180-190°C, deep fry our shrimp skewers until golden and crispy. For the sauce:
1. Finely chop the pickles, shallots, red onion, and apple into a brunoise.
2. Capers and parsley can be finely minced.
3. Mix this with the mayonnaise and let the saffron soak in it for two hours.
