Hello, my name is Ivelina! 20 years old from Varna, Bulgaria.
I am a second-year student at the Varna University of Management, majoring in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts. I don't have much culinary experience, but my passion for the culinary industry and art is growing. I am interested in learning about new cultures and cuisines. I love challenges and the new opportunities that come with them. I interned at M.B, one of Martin Berasategui's restaurants at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Abama, then returned to continue my studies at CAI.
